By the time I liberated all outposts and had all but two of the story related achievements I finally obtained my final talent.
Certain talents have specific objectives to be able to unlock them. Be sure to notice these.
-Drive three medical vehicles to their destinations on time.
-Death from below kill.
-10 pistol kills.
-10 mounted gun kills.
-Collect 5 relics.
-2 undetected outposts liberated.
-One death from below.
-Kill a bull shark
-Death from above
-5 kills with grenades
-Purchase 3 body armors.
-Complete 3 wanted posters
-Create 10 syringes.
The one most people missed including me was DEATH FROM BELOW. There are plenty of story related chances to do a death from below takedown....But if like me you miss out and have all outposts liberated there is still hope. You dont have to start a new game. Go to the these coordinates X370.7 Y698.4. There are always guys that respawn here and it is by a dock. Throw a rock to get them near the dock and you will get your death from below kill. Woot! |

| In terms of XP, you should have enough before you finish the main story as long as you've been taking down outposts and grabbing relics/letters as you go. If you want a lot of XP, try and unlock the "heavy takedown" skill. On the second island there are lots of heavies in most outposts and a takedown is worth 500xp each! If you aren't stealthy, kill all lighter enemies and give them the runaround by a building. They are slow and you can sneak up behind them as they chase you. |

To get this achievement you need to get all the Tattoo's by gaining enough XP (Skill Points) to learn them all. The Skills guide tells you how much XP you need for your next point. The best way to get XP is though Missions, Side Quests, clearing out Outposts and Relics.
There are 2 of them that you might miss if you aren't careful.
1. Clear out 2 outposts without alerting any enemies.
I did this by keeping my distance and using a good sniper rifle. As long as they don't see you they won't trigger the alarms.
2. Get a 2x Takedown from Below.
There are a few places to get this, but if like me you didn't look till later in the game you'll struggle. The best place I found is on the South Island "Krige Valley River Fishing" Outpost. Get in close and use your camera to highlight all, then let them set off the alarm. This will bring loads of chances for you. Then go across the river (opposite the dock) and tempt them all down onto the dock by using yourself as bate. Then swim across and "Takedown" to your hearts content from in front of the Dock |

I found that death from below task is quite hard to get if you liberated the islands. I could not do it from water because pirates allways heard when I swim. This solution worked for me:
1. go to am 12 base and accept wanted task from bilboard (x:688.0, y:786.5)
2. approach from x:669.5,y:783.4, target is on 2nd floor (use camera for taging)
3. sneek and kill other pirates with sniper and leave your target alive
4. there's a ledge you can clime just above side door in the ground level floor
5. you have to lure your target to the ledge with rock and then do DEATH FROM BELOW kick :-) |

1. Easy Death from Below.
During the story mission 'Down in the Docks'. The 1st tunnel you swim through, you will come to a large room. Just past the broken boat, there is a ledge (43 m from the objective), and an enemy. Watch him from the water, wait until he gets close, and you will be prompted for a death from below takedown. Then watch him sink :)
2. Mounted gun kills
FYI - As part of the 1 of the main missions, you control the mounted gun on a boat, so don't worry about trying to get these early. |

| If you've cleared all the outposts and still haven't liberated 2 of them unheard, Ubisoft have recently announced they will include the option to reset all outposts as a part of their next fix enabling to unlock this achievement. |
