There has been some confusion over unlocking this achievement. You need to win a RANKED BACKLOT BATTLE with each of the following cars
Make sure its RANKED BATTLES, not RACES.
Light
Small Pickup
Taxi
Fire Chief Car
Henchman Car
Police Car
Merc Buggy
Muscle
General Stuart
Classic Muscle
Scorpion
Claudine
Venus Vexation
Armor All Si
Sport
R3000
Spy Car
Night Car
Black Dragon
Mvx Spartan
Big Top's Ride
Online is dead so find a friend and complete a RANKED BACKLOT BATTLE working through methodically. If you don't have some of these cars available you need to complete more of the single player campaign to unlock them. |

Unlock this achievement by finishing 1st in Backlot Battle with every vehicle, just as the description says. Remember it has to be ranked to make the achievement pop.
Bear in mind that I unlocked every achievement I could in single player before jumping to the online multiplayer to get the last batch of achievements. You might need to unlock vehicles through single player before you can unlock this achievement.

To do your boosting a little more effective, you can go for these two achievements at the same time.
Just don't take turns winning, change vehicle between Battles and don't hit each other. The player who doesn't go for the achievements at present should hide in a corner and wait.

The inactive player COULD work on the Tornado achievement, but be very careful about it, because it could mess it up for both players if you ram each other in your struggles. I recommend you guys go for this in a separate Backlot Battle.

If there's more than three players in the game, one player can work on the Trooper, Untouchable and Soldier achievement, and the other players can go for these by ramming into each other and gaining small amounts of points;
