Adding a solution with a little tip to getting this done easily!

Decepticon Mission 3 - A Gathering Force - with Starsceam. The chapter is called fireworks.

The best way to beat the timer is to shoot down ALL the jets first as they usually fly in formations at the beginning. Then when all are down, just run around and pick up the wreckage and you're done!
