Put a gun in left hand and bible in right hand. Everyone I saw, I right triggered (read bible to). This included the innocents at the church when you first get the bible.

I had this before I finished Episode 3.

None of my enemies appeared "confused", in fact when I got in close to read, they would attempt to melee me. As soon as I started reading, I'd shoot them dead.

NOTE: This achievment used to be bugged, but was fixed with a patch.
