Right after you killed all monsters at the police station, you'll re-enter your vehicle and drive onto the highway. A cutscene will appear showing you giant monster garbage trucks pursuing you. Just drive carefully around enemies and obstacles until you jump over the big pit. The achievement will unlock, then.

Note that this achievement won't unlock if you use boost even once, so be careful.
