fairly simple to do just get a friend who has the game start up a ranked match
tell your friend in private chat to search for your specific settings play the match for who ever needs the achievement let them win and you should gain it at the end.
also if your the player whos loseing you may gain the afraid achievement its only 0g it requires negative score but its pritty worthless to get.
