There are two ways of getting this achievement, which I will go over with you.
The first is the 'legit' method. You start with one grenade ready to throw, so it may take a while to get when playing in ranked games. Generally, aim for clusters of people, lob them in places you may think someone may be hiding, or when you're being rushed. If the grenade makes contact with an enemy, it explodes, normally doing enough damage to kill. A good method is to defend on "capture the flag" maps, where enemies must go to one spot to grab the flag and cart it back to base.
The second method is if you decide to boost with one (or more) persons. Start up a ranked deathmatch on "Campus", with the highest run speed, and a high enough point total that will allow for 50 kills. (250 points is good enough for one player). The player getting the kills can find grenades on the elevator section upstairs, as well as downstairs next to a meeting room. The meeting room is across from the stairway that contains the grenade launcher, and is adjacent to the center open area with the Type-7 disintegrator. Then, simply get fifty kills, and end the match to unlock the achievement. |
