Start a ranked capture the flag match on Rubble (it is relatively small). Set flag capture limit to 1 (to enable quick ending of the match). Have the others who are boosting with you choose Ranked Match Quick from the Xbox Live menu in FEAR. They should find the match, if not keep searching. The individual who will be doing all of the killing will be on team 1 and the others who are dying will be on team 2.

On Rubble, Everyone from team 2 goes to the area just in front of their base. Team 1 should run to the opposite side of the map, and run to the very top of team 2's base. To get there, climb the stairs, and then the fallen I beam on the top floor to the roof. There are three M77 grenades on the roof of each base. Collect the M77 grenades, and throw one down in front of the base to the waiting team 2 (Left Trigger) and when they are standing on top of it, detonate with Right Trigger. Throw another one down, and when they spawn they will run back to where the new grenade is. Repeat until the desired number of kills is reached. When done, simply capture the flag and end the match.

Note the achievement does _not_ unlock until the match has ended.
