There is a treasure chest buried in the sand, I was just walking back and forth in the small area, until it would come up. The tide comes in quickly, so make sure to unbury the treasure quickly. Then keep doing it a few more times, you will see a map and a shovel. I did it about 3-4 times, and then the treasure appeared.
