From the menu you'll want to go;

Corleone Challenges > Triggerman > Sanctioned > Barzini Hit.

This is very easy to net, bring up your map and mark Palermo Warehouse, not only is it full of Barzinis but it's surrounded by Barzini controlled businesses, so once you start attacking a whole bunch of them will start to move on you, when you die you'll be taken to a RX Clinic no more then a minute away from the action, so just rinse and repeat until it's yours.

It's worth noting the achievement might not pop until the timer has run out.
