In the Challenge Mode shot down THIS Planes :
A-10
F-14D
F-15C
F-16C
F-16AM

After a while of shooting those,there will spawn some Bosses and BigBosses.
Shot those down too.Doesnt matter if this is a F-111 or 0A-10.
Continue with shooting down regular planes.
After like 60 Minutes there should be spawn the BigBoss F-15D (Linda) near the Isle where,shoot her down and land.
Now fight her in BigBoss Mode and Unlock the F-15D.
