There are really three keys to success in getting this achievement.
1. Play the game from the tactical map, don't fly your ships. For the most part, group your ships together by holding up on the D pad and pressing A. Now select the target that you want to attack and the other three ships will attack. You can control firing the ship that you are in control of from the tactical map.
2. Continually back out of the tactical map to repair your ships as often as possible.
3. Attempt to complete the upcoming mission without buying more ships or upgrading. You can save your money to buy better ships later in the game. If you played through on the easier difficulties then you should have a feel for when you need to upgrade or buy more ships. A prime example is when you have to protect the Romulan Warbird at the beginning, but after that you don't even use your ships. |
