This is the first story related achievement of the Awakened DLC and it cannot be missed. You’ll unlock this at the end of Chapter 1 so all you need to do is progress through the game to pop this one.
The chapter is fairly linear so getting to the end of it should be pretty straight forward. Periodically you’ll suffer from hallucinations and you’ll have to battle through them. Just deal with the enemies as you normally would to snap out of them (you know the deal by now – aim for the limbs).
There will also be a couple of points during the chapter where you’ll be ambushed by large groups of enemies similar to some sections in the latter chapters of the main game. One such encounter mostly consists of seekers while another features a ‘new’ enemy that look similar to the pack from DS2. Another section will have you dealing with some giant tentacles blocking your path while being attacked from behind by some enemies – just take care of the enemies first then shoot the yellow weak spots on the tentacles once the coast is clear.
That’s pretty much all there is to this chapter. If you’ve played through the main game this DLC should be a breeze, especially as you start picking up more powerful weapon parts and upgrade circuits which will help make little work of the necromorphs.
