This achievement is earned when you beat the Angelus on Special Route 35. This is a one on one race against the Angelus.

The Angelus is a modification of a car that was introduced in Ridge Racer Revolution. It is a standard drift type that doesn't make many mistakes. If you want to get ahead early, try not to let it pass. Otherwise try to keep up with it and use a triple nitrous boost on the final stretch.
