Well since the other guide was deleted, I'll make one letting you know everything you need to do. If you have anything to add, let me know in comments and I will add it.

Be aware right now that, completely ignoring the fact you will probably spend 10 hours in trials if you NEVER fail one (lol yeah right, expect to spend hours working on each Ultimate trial), the boosting portion of this will easily take 30-40 hours and will require exactly three people for maximum benefit.

You need to unlock all the skills for each of the girls and Ryu on at least one difficulty. It would be best to use the infinite karma glitch to do this. I've included a Youtube link below telling you how. Use the glitch, unlock all the abilities and costumes, and then reach a save point. Note: I'm told a patch fixed this glitch, so you'll have to go offline and delete your patch to do the glitch. This will also help with your Ultimate Ninja playthrough (though that's not necessary for this achievement). Note 2: Another comment says it's definitely still doable even with patches, so try it for yourself and get back to me if you can!

To unlock Ryu and Ayane's 3rd and 4th costumes, you'll need to find all the scarabs and find all the crystal skulls (though you don't need to actually complete them).

To unlock Momiji and Kasumi's 3rd and 4th costumes, you'll need to complete 25 and then 50 ninja trials. You can do the same 50 trials or 50 different for each, it doesn't matter - you do need to do 50 unique trials for each girl though (i.e., you cannot complete Acolyte 3 fifty times). The trial selection screen will tell you how many you've done for each girl and you'll see a white/blue circle on the picture for the trial if you beat it with that girl.

After that, all you'll have left is the Unknown Ninja. Easy, right? Sadly no. You have to unlock every piece of armor for him. What does that mean? Well...

What You Need
Complete every Acolyte trial.
Complete every Mentor trial.
Complete every Leader trial.
Complete 15 Master Ninja trials.
Complete 5 Ultimate Ninja trials.
Attain level 99 in Shadows of the World.
Get 5 betrayals in clan battle.
Get 5 leader kills in clan battle (not your team, YOU must get the kill).
Get 5 battle royale wins in clan battle.

This takes a very long time.

The easiest UN trials, I believe, are 1,2,3,4 and 6. That's my opinion, though. You'd do well to try 1-7 and 9 to see which ones you like best. I think the general consensus is that 8 and 10 are the hardest.

I actually believe you don't need to complete every Acolyte, Mentor and Leader trial. I know I got nothing for finishing all Acolyte, and while I was not paying a great deal of attention I don't think I got anything for doing more than 20/25 Mentor and 15/20 Leader. If anyone can confirm this, let me know. Otherwise, really, you'll probably just unlock these anyway out of sheer boredom.

Clan Battle and Level 99
Boosting is fastest in clan battles. Ideally, you'll have 3 people in your session. The teams will automatically switch up each time so you never need to worry about who is alone. Each time, the alone person will kill both of the two people on the other team. If you get "The Life of a Killer", make sure you're not killing them too quickly. You need to wait for the contract to refresh and appear again to actually get credit for it twice. The best way to kill is Steel on Bone as it gets you bonus karma.

You want to try to complete the contracts that pop up. Unless you'll only have time for one kill, never ignore your contract. DO NOT purchase guillotine throw until you are 99. This contract takes a very long time. You won't get a contract if you can't complete it, so that's for the best. Same goes for falcon dive.

You'll want to use Steel on Bone to fill up the ninpo meter and use the Void ninpo. This ninpo is not an instant kill, so make sure your opponent is close to death to ensure a kill.

If the alone player gets the Ultimate Technique contract, the second player should run up a climbable wall and simply hang there so the UT cannot target you.

To do a steel on bone in clan battle, you need to hit someone with Y while they are charging up a UT.

There is no secret recipe to getting betrayals. People will tell you all kinds of stories about how you can make it more likely to get one. They're wrong. They're stupid. Ive heard literally 5-10 secret methods for gettin them. All of them are incorrect and proven wrong by personal experience. It's random. They pop up at any time. You don't even need to refresh your contracts (in fact whatever contract you had remains when these pop up if it was a basic one - ie, if you had bow and arrow and leader pops, kill the leader with bow and arrow and you complete both).

You want to make sure that everyone in the session has the same armor, color of armor, and kanji equipped. You get quite a lot of bonus karma for every kill if your victim matches you. If you don't share a kanji with someone else, getting a ghost kill on them will steal the kanji, allowing you to equip it next game.

That's about it.
