The fastest and best way to get this is on Estate assault. What you have to do is grab a boosting buddy, set the command points to high and all that stuff.
Take controll of the air tower you will be needing this!
Go over to their base when the game starts and hide behind a wall or something. Have them start building machine gun nests using the guy in the middle is recommended since they can buy stuff cheaper. Have the player build the machine guns facing away from you. When they have 20-30 or so built up and guys on them call in a air strike the best one. I will hopefully take them all out. Rinse and repeat till it pops. This also goes towards to infrentary kills as well.

This can be done in custom. This method is great for getting all of the kill achievements because they play into each other. First things first, have the person not getting the kills host the match. It should be on the Estate Assault map with the following conditions.
Initial command points: 500
Starting resources: Quick Start (1000)
Respawn Delay: No Delay
FU Crate drops: 200 seconds.
Both players should choose the character in the middle. The person getting the kills should run down to the motor pool, capture it and summon a Panther tank. The person not getting the kills at the moment should start summoning 4x4's. Don't put them too close together though.
Once as many 4x4's have been summoned as possible, the person not getting the kills needs to get in one. Now wait until everybody stops moving. Then the person in the panther shoots said 4x4 netting 1 vehicle kill, 1 player kill, and 4 infantry. The thing about this is that the person that got killed has now made a profit. Repeat 165 times while the person getting killed also picks up the FU Crates. Make sure not to run out of command points.
After you get as many kills as possible, the person who got killed should have the maximum amount of money. Now to start with the emplacement kills. The person not getting the kills should start summoning .30 cal machine gun nests. Now the person getting the kills should wait until they are being shot at (this wont hurt the panther) and the blow up the turret.
When the person not getting the kills runs out of money, get in the pickup and get one more death to end the match. After all is said and done you will have 167 vehicle kills and around 200 turret kills depending on how many allies go rouge and how much collateral damage is done. All this time you should have gotten about 850 infantry kills as well. Repeat for one more match and you will have all three kill achievements.
My friend and I did all of his kills in 1 hour 30 minutes.
