  Very easy achievement. Download the free DLC and then click single player, short video that tells you about the DLC. Pick any car you want from the garage and then accomplish one of the five tasks that it has. This ranges from speed traps to burnouts to placing in a race. Upgrading your car in the garage is the easiest way to meet most of the challenges.

  Hey, Just to let you know you need to have the GREEN wristband in single player before you can start competing in the 1000 club.

  Same here, I just realized I had the 1000 Club DLC a few weeks ago. Tried to launch it just now and am getting the exact same error. Pretty dumb that this DLC needs the servers in order to work. :/
