To obtain this, simply beat the Pickpocket's Story campaign, which you unlock by beating and "cleaning out" levels in both the Locksmith's campaign and the Pickpocket's. You need all levels "cleaned out" to complete it.

The easiest way to clean out levels is to use the Pickpocket and play slowly and methodically. Let the monkey grab everything, while you hide in bushes and shadows and avoid all enemies. Don't fret if you trip a few alarms; you can pretty much always get away by just turning a corner and hiding in a bush.

This campaign is a lot harder than the Locksmith's campaign, though, and it might be a good idea to get some practice while playing in co-op so you can have more abilities available. You will need to beat it in both SP and MP, though, if you want to complete the game. Another idea could be to play local co-op with multiple controllers, just so you can have The Lookout show you guards, The Mole to make easier paths and the Pickpocket for easy gold collecting. It's actually not that much of a pain to do by yourself and can sometimes be easier, since you can "stretch" the view of the level by leaving one player behind and stack abilities. Real co-op can be harder since all players need to know exactly what they're doing.
