  During "Bandits" you will need to save the hostages. To begin with you need to be fairly quick and run up the tunnel in front of you. On the right you will find another tunnel which a train car and two bandits inside. Quickly take these enemies out and rescue the women in distress. From here you then need to make your way further into the tunnels and sneak through the rest of the bandit tunnels.
  
  Once you reach the second area after releasing the guy in one of the tunnels, you will enter another tunnel which has torches and warnings. You will need to sneak through this next area and save the women and children who're being held in a storage room.
  
  Remember that you need to sneak through the whole level undetected to avoid raising the alarm.

  Hey guys, just to say that you can get seen in between the 2 rescue sections.
  
  I was sneaking through and got to the part where you need to get out and open the gate to allow the rail car through, there is a rail car on the left and the concrete corridor on the right with the windows and the switch at the end. I was seen here, proceeded to knock everyone out but the definitely knew I was there, they had their helmet lights on and see shooting at me!
  
  I went on to the next area, snuck through to the section where you grapple with the guy holding the second woman and knocked him out. All of a sudden the achievement popped, much to my surprise.
  
  Obviously someone else should try and verify this, but it's how I got mine :)

  It's possible to be seen, but during this video I was going for the raise no alarms and no kills. So that's why you see my sneaking through everything. If you raise the alarm in the first part of the station though, the last area with the women and children won't hear it.

  You can be seen in first two out of 3 sections. Everything after the tunnel turns right and there are torches on each side is what matters.

  In the "Bandits" level, near the end you will have to turn the tracks again to drive through a wooden fortress of some kind. While driving through you will hear a woman begging. Stealthily take out the enemies in the manner in the video to get this achievement. This one is pretty easy.

  During the Bandits mission, you'll need to save a woman from being raped near the beginning, as well as rescue some other hostages later on, all of which must be done without raising any alarms throughout the mission.
  
  Check out the video below for a full playthrough of the game showing all collectibles, miscellaneous achievements like this one, and the Moral Points I obtained (I skipped a lot of them) in order to get the Redemption achievement. The Bandits mission starts at timestamp 53:16.
