You must receive a special invitation (which is random) to perform in Missouri. You want to play on either expert or oni to get enough notes to complete the challenge. Once you win, the song will unlock along with this achievement. :)
TIP: When on the map screen you can press B to go back, choose your character and go back to the map and special invitations will appear in different places than from before, use this to get a special invitation to the place you need to unlock a song for, in this case, Missouri. Please be aware, you will not get a special invitation everytime, and this can be very time consuming if you have already unlocked many of the states. |
