This is much, MUCH, easier if you find a simple section and repeat it over and over again via reloading the checkpoint.

I did this in the small section immediately after the initial sneaking section in Chapter 3. Once the smoke bombs are set off you will have a checkpoint after you pass through the doorway marked on your screen. Make certain no one sees you during this bit, as you need to not be spotted making your way to the waypoint.

Once you get through the doorway, you will been in a relatively small area to cover with 5 enemies and two cameras. I spammed my shadow leap here to avoid both cameras and enemies and basically speed-ran my my through. Once you get to the end of this section you should see a nice "+1000 XP NO ALARM BONUS".

Now, here is key - do not reload the previous checkpoint until the game saves. Here is why: if you reload the previous cp prior to the game saving, then it will not count that section towards the total 10. Wait for it to save, and then go back and do the section again.

You will notice after the second run, that it will save another cp for the same area (Mine was for the Titty Twister strip club wink). It doesn't save over the original cp, it adds another one, which is good - it lets you keep track. If you have no ghost sections prior, this way you can easily count how many times you need to complete that section. I needed 7, and sure enough on the 7th run the achievement popped.

If you mess up on one run, and get spotted - reload it again. No big deal. This section, when tackled a couple of times, takes less than a min to run. With loading screens and everything I had this achievement done and out of the way in 15 mins.
