To unlock this, you must have a spell in the dark, void, and light disciplines simultaneously. Since you can ascend and change your alignment every five levels, the earliest you can get this after your second ascension at level 10. Here's what I did:

1. I started out as a Dark player and was given the Fireball spell for free during the tutorial quests.
2. When I reached level 5, I ascended and changed to Light. This put me at level 3.
3. Between levels 3 and 10, I was given the Brilliant Strike spell.
4. When I reached Level 10, I ascended again. This time I chose the Void and I was now at level 7.
5. I bought the Seekers spell (5,000 souls) from the menu and the achievement popped.

If I had been patient, I could have saved the money, as I was later given the Crystal Storm void spell, but Seekers is a very useful spell so the money was well spent (and I've upgraded it since).

You should plan ahead of time to get this achievement, since it will require ascending (restarting at a lower level with almost no gear) two times. This piggy backs with Champion of the Gods, as that achievement requires you to ascend three times and you need to ascend twice for this achievement. Just plan to change alignments and make sure you've acquired a spell in your alignment before ascending.

There was originally an issue where you would lose your spells when you ascended. This has been patched as of 9/13/13 and now all of your spells are considered Legacy Items and carry over with you when you ascend.

EDIT 9/29/13: My friend tried this and told me Seekers cost him 10,000 souls. As the game is in beta, it is not unusual for prices to fluctuate, and this may cost you more than the 5,000 it cost me. I also do not know if the level you currently are affects the price of spells. Please let me know in the comments if Seekers cost you more than 5,000.

EDIT 10/1/13: Ereaser NL, moogless and BaronVoNewman all confirm Seekers cost them 10,000 souls.
