Some of these are more difficult than others to acquire, some are hard to grind, but relatively easy to get random as you progress though the storyline and ambition modes. For others the opposite is true. Also each person plays just a little bit differently, thus making one that might have been hard more me, rather easy for you. So I will try to lay out a tip or two, and on the ones I found hard, or had to grind, where I did my grinding.

You will not get a level each time you fulfill the requirement, it is assigned randomly, though on the higher difficulties you have a better chance than on easy. I also have found that the unnamed guys don't help towards this. "Unit Commander" <- not a real officer according to your abilities learning requirements I guess... :/

Accuracy: Rage Chains are best used for this, though it can be gained elsewhere, lowest I got it was at 150 chain.

Health Springs: If they have that blue thingy over thier head and you beat them regularly I.E. not with storm.

Secret Arts: Must have a speed drop active

Health Boost: Must have full life

Steely Heart: Use a switch counter, training area in story mode has a good description on how to do. I have received this with a switch counter without even killing the officer a couple of times.

Quick Learner: Defeat an Enemy with a Status Ailment, IE Morass, Fear, those kinds on your weapon. Rustybroom commented that Cao Cao's EX attack allowed him to gain this with ease, the EX attack for each character can be seen in there move list however Cao Cao, also Gan Ning's musou attack (tip from FireZombieClown ) have the Ailment inflicting without weapon requirement attacks.

Mosou Springs: Defeat and enemy with a musou attack... Nuff' Said

Nullification: If they have an exclamation over their head don't switch weapons, just attack them till they go down.

Attack Boost: Defeat an Enemy while your attack is doubled with a attack 2x drop

Determination: One of my grinds, best place I found for this was "Escape from Luoyang (Wei first mission)" Right at the start of the battle run up to Lu Bu and let him take you down into the red and run away you have about ten officers to beat as you go though the level, I did this on hard, and had a 80's level character.

Fortune Hunter: Another of My grinds, in free play go to the others area and use the Yellow Turban Conflict plenty of officers still after you get to 1500 KO which is the requirement.

Rage Springs: Defeat the enemy while you are in rage mode, one of the easy ones.

Equestrian: Beat down an enemy while your riding your horse, I found that only enemies that I defeated that had full bars that I took down without getting off the horse counted...

Defense Boost: 2x Defense

Victory Cry: xDartz xNVx reminded me what this one was because I had forgotten it ->The requirement for Victory Cry is to defeat an enemy officer while on even terms aka not having an advantage or disadvantage from the Three Point System aka using the same affinity as them. (No blue thing or exclamation point over their head.)

Burning Spirit: Nothing special just find an enemy and spam switch attacks till he/she goes down.

Havoc: I got mine within the couple of minutes or so of battle, latest one I've gotten was 1 minute 57 seconds into the battle.

Mighty Roar: Storm Rush, those guys with the blue thing above thier head, they have to die during the storm rush for it to count.

Problems? Questions? Better Grind areas for a certain skill? Let us all know in the comments, and I'll add it up here. :)
