Start from level 1 world one. This can be done on any difficulty, i did this on white belt. just try not to get hit, get as many beastie combos as you can, and keep the multiplier up. You should get it around the end of world 3. Note that you have to get 1 million points yourself, not combined score. There are some spots in certain levels that you can farm for points, look at 1:40 in the video to see what i mean. Once you both get 1mil the achievement will pop. 20G
