How to unlock the Supersonic achievement

    To earn this achievement, simply do not press the back button (the quick restart button) or press start to pause the game and use the retry option while working towards earning three medals on all Green events. You can choose retry on the results screen as many times as you wish though (after finishing or failing an event). The quick restart does not have the 3 second countdown.

    Once you have earned three medals on all Green events and reach the results screen, the achievement will pop.

    monlienNH3Yes. There is a boost power up available for the green team. Once you purchase the boost, you will be able to get first place with a good run. Purchase the power up at the team select screen and use the A button (I believe) to activate it when ready.

    OliverioWhat happens if I have pressed the button already in one of the races? Do I need to delete my game save and start over?

    One way you could do this is to play through the game and not use the ever helpful and rage blocking back button. OR you can use the button, complete 3 stars on all the tracks and then play each track to completion or to failure again without using the restart. Will pop for you when you get the results screen.

    The extra challenge is not needed for this achievement.
