Super easy achievo. Find someone to boost with. Then set up an xbox live ranked match and have him join. Pick your teams and everything. When the game starts make sure to throw the first pitch and get the ball back to the pitcher. Then whoever you want to win the game have the other person press start and quit out on the game. Repeat 20 more times for one person to get the 20 wins. It will take 40 games though for both of you to get the 20 wins of course.
