I had a lot of trouble getting this one, so here's what I figured out; and it worked on the second try.
Go to "Create-A-Team", make an "All-Madden" team and save it. Then go to "Create-A-Team" again and create an "Air-It-Out" team and save it under a different name. Go to "Settings" and then to "Game AI". Set all user setting to 100. Set all CPU settings to 0 EXCEPT for "Pass Blocking" - set that to 100.
Now go to "Play Now" and load up (press Y) the "All-Madden" team. Move over to the opposing team and load up the "Air-It-Out" team. Select to play the "All-Madden" team and start up the game with 5 minute quarters.
If you win the toss, elect to kick instead of receive to give the other team an extra possession. Now play the kick-off and the first play as normal. When the play calling screen comes up for the next play (third play of the game including the kick-off) pause the game and select "Supersim". Press Y and sim to the end of the game.
The achievement should pop within a few games. I got it on the second game.
EDIT: Thanks to o Smeds o for letting us know that you can do this on 10 or 15 minute quarters as well. That should make it even easier. |

Another easy way to do it, make an Air-it-Out team, nothing special. Play against say the Jets (Heck why not, they need a W) and go into the game setup to make the QB accurate but the WR 0 on catching. Also boost your sliders on defense for pass blocking and decrease your interceptions. Finally, make the game a 15 minute on, make sure you kick off the ball and then supersim till the end. I got 6 deflections and the acheivement popped.

| took me about 8 simmed games to get this. i made two teams, one all madden team and one cupcake team, i also set it so that my defense never subbed out so that the same players would always be on defense. played the first two plays and then simmed the rest of the game. also got the 2 fumble recoveries by doing this. pretty easy. just sim until you get it. |

I was having trouble with this one as it was my last achievement until I figured out this foolproof method yesterday. Guarantee you will get it on your first try:
1) Create 2 teams in My Madden>Create-A-Team. 1st team is All-Madden style, second is "Cupcake" or "Air It Out"; doesn't really matter since with 2 controllers the teams don't matter.
2) Load up the stacked/main profile team as the home team from the Play Now screen by selecting the home team side and pressing Y.
3) Do the same for the other side, now move the main controller over to the home team and a second controller to the away team.
4) Start the game and have player one kickoff.
5) After the kickoff,pause and go to the sliders in Settings>Game AI.
6) Now, for BOTH CPU and User, max out Offense>Pass Blocking and Defense>Knockdowns, then decrease Offense>WR Catching and Defense>Interceptions all the way.
7) Now return to the game, choose a long pass play, and have the second controller lob passes out to the same receiver all four plays by tapping that button. Don't do anything with controller 1.
8) Watch as the player guarding that wide receiver knocks down the ball all four downs.
9) Now pause again and supersim to the end of the game POP! Achievement unlocked.

| I know this sounds cheap but, meh. create a team with a 99 overall rating play a game against the AI. set the AI skills all the way down to zero and set the user all the way to 100. Play the first two plays, (kickoff and the first play after that) when the select a play thing comes up, press start and supersim the entire game and it will unlock a bunch of achievements. |
