Set up a team with a Gold-star running back (Barry Sanders is a good choice).
Start with rushing plays, and use a lot of toss plays that take your RB to the outside. Flip it if you're close to the same sideline, in order to give yourself more room to maneuver. Make good use of your spin and juke moves to break tackles.
Keep handing off to your RB until he passes the 200 yard mark, then switch to passing plays that include the RB. Screen passes work well, as they're not much different from the running plays you've been using so far. After you break 100 yards, either substitute your HB out or just switch to passing plays and DON'T throw to him. You don't want to risk negative yardage taking you out of range of the Achievement.
