Here's a link which has improved quality and it breaks the videos up with large letters shown on screen for each gap.

There are 3 areas missing in the playlist; Factory, School and Fun Park, so I've listed them separately below. The Fun Park is 1 of the blurry one's but if anybody comes across a better 1 please post the link in the comments. I recommend just starting the video and doing every gap that he does. Sometimes he hits double gaps which are hard to notice so be vigilant.

Note: To check which gaps you are missing just press pause and go to the view gaps tab and scroll between the areas with LB/RB
