  First, i´m german Guy and my english is really horrible so i can not write a good Description to beat this Challenges but i can post here my (full english) Video which shows how you beat this Challenges fast and easy.

  The Death of Sir Chester
  Fight 3 Dungeon Jailers
  1-Defeat all enemies
  2-Don't activate Chaos power
  3-Destory each Jailer within 20 secs of the last.
  4-Complete the previous trials in one try.
  
  Because of the timed third trial, I just used a Talisman of the Dragon. You can purchase replacement pieces of the Talisman in the shop. ;)
  
  *-All Challenges have the same 1st and 4th trial so from here on out I will list it only as a number followed with a *.
  
  Infection: First Seal
  Fight 3 waves of 2 Soldiers of Satan and 4 Possessed Citizens
  1-*
  2-Don't activate Chaos or Void powers
  3-Keep your concentration at maximum for 30 secs.
  4-*
  
  Work on trial 3 first. You can work your meter up fast with heavy attacks with your whip. (X button attacks) Take out one of the soldiers and the little ones while doing this. Dodge like mad. With only one soldier left, whip him once to keep the meter full and dodge a while. Keep doing this until the timer is finished for this trial. If you get hit, finish the soldier off and try again with the next wave or the following wave after that. The rest of the trials in this challenge are simple beyond that.
  
  The agony of Sir Reginar
  Fight 2 Harpies and 3 Dishonored Vampires
  1-*
  2-Destroy Harpies using only projectiles.
  3-Don't break Vampires' shields or loose more than 50 life to their blood sucking attack.
  4-*
  
  Ok you may need to use a relic or two of the the trapped demon during this challenge. This gives you unlimited Chaos and Void powers for a short time. Use Chaos Bombs on the harpies even after they've fallen to the ground. (RT with Chaos on and Shadow Daggers selected) You need to take out the Harpies first because the Vampires will keep showing up while they're still alive. After the Harpies are dealt with, use Void projectiles(Same as Chaos Bombs but with Void active instead) to freeze the Vamps in place and maneuver behind them to finish them off one by one.

  Not a guide, but a tip for the kleidos challenges.
  If you die in a challenge or fail it, you will lose any items you used and have to go replenish them in the store. However, if when you fail the challenge or die you simply sign out of your profile, let it take you back to the title screen and then sign back in, you can retry the challenge with all of your items.
