This is simple, only use light tackle throughout the20 games. If you put in any sliding tackles you will increase the risk of a foul, and because the game is quite strict on "bad tackles", inevitably a yellow/red card will follow. You don't have to win the games so its even best to concede a goaal than attempt a risky challenge.
