I chose América from the Mexican league so there was less games in one season. Make sure autosave is turned off before you start.

Just simulate each match, and save after each match that you win. If you lose or draw if it's a crucial match, then back out to the main menu without saving.

After you've simulated both halves of the season the achievement should be yours.
