These can be done in Survival. Simply start a new game, select Survival, choose the appropriate level and immediately get killed by touching a fox. Repeat for each of the levels listed and the achievement should pop.

Note that you still have to be high enough rank to unlock the levels, meaning the earliest you can do this is level 16, when Ushinatta Marsh unlocks.

Thanks to Zulghinlour for unlock levels!

ZulghinlourThe earliest you can do this is level 16. I'm not positive when Grey Shrine unlocks, but it was when I was level 9.

    Grey Shrine (9)
    Yugure Cemetary 14
    Ushinatta Marsh 16

kanterooI am not able to do this for some reason. I start the level up and then get killed and the repeat for all the maps but no achievement seems to be popping

Capn BeavI popped all three level achievements this way. They may have patched it for some reason, I suppose. Of course, if it doesn't work, that would really explain all the neg. votes. laugh
