You can boost this achievements by simply create a private game, invite a friend who wants boosting achievements too, and set 9 rounds, in a map like "Process".
Once you be there, you have to kill your friend with every weapon in the map (Chainsaw, Pistol, Execution, Brake Kick, Boom, Torque Bow, Sniper, Headshot), but when you must kill with grenades, you have to stick it to your friend and YOUR FRIEND TOO, all this at the last round, arriving at the round number 9.
To this 100 TIMES and you will get the achivement! |

Credit to TSG Dwaggie for the original idea, this variation is a bit quicker.
Requirements
At least 2GB of memory in your PC
3 Windows logons (works with Windows 8)
3 Windows Live accounts
Fast user switching enabled
Logon to windows and start Gears of War for Windows and sign in with your main live account. Create a Versus Live Player Match - Private Match, Warzone on War Machine, 3 rounds. Send game invites to the other 2 live accounts and put yourself on the COG team. Press WINKEY-L (lock computer) and logon to windows with the second logon. Start GOWFW and sign in with your second live account and accept the game invite and put this account on the Locust team. Press WINKEY-L again and this time logon with the third logon, start GOWFW, sign in with your thrid live account, accept the game invite and also put this account on the Locust team. Press WINKEY-L again and logon with your logon and start the match.
The advantage of using the War Machine map, is that the spawn points are close togther, as anyone who has done "Suicide Boosting" will know.
For the first round, run to the left and get the Torque Bow then run straight ahead and get the Frag Grenades. Kill one enemy with the Torque Bow and then grenade tag the other one.
For the second round, run to the left and get the Longshot. Kill one enemy with a headshot from the Longshot then down the other enemy and Curb Stomp them.
For the third round, run straight to the enemy. Chainsaw one enemy and then shoot the other enemy at close range with the Lancer (this counts as an Execution).
You can complete the match in around 2m15s, then start the next match and repeat. Even with loading times you can complete 100 matches in well under 5 hours and get the following achievements:
