How to unlock the White Rabbit Object achievement

    To trigger this just go near civilians and start shooting in the air for a bit. In my case when I started walking away or going to my car someone would call the cops (a red triangle filling up)

    When this happens the ctOS scans will pop up. You will see them as yellow circles and they will fill up if you are in that circle. A Jam Com can pause these circles so you can escape. You will escape the scan entirely when the scan doesn't reach a 100% (the percentage is shown beneath the minimap). So when the scan is unable to do so, the cops will not be spawned and you will have evaded 1 scan (even though multiple circles pop up, 1 scan is a session of scans)

    Repeat this 14 times and the achievement is yours

    CenrailQuick question; Do the fixer contracts where you have to evade police scans count?

    CenrailI have done at least 6 of them and i have 10 more contracts to go. I was just wondering if this comes naturally after finishing the campaign and fixer contracts.

    Basically, 1 escape = escape successful. It should say "Escape Successful" once you've outrun the scanners by whatever means necessary.

    I used a very long stretch of highway, shot around until someone called 911, hopped into my car, and drove all the way down the highway as far as I could go. I would use jam coms whenever I felt I needed to, and by the end of the highway, I would have had a successful escape.

    Just go back and forth until achievement unlocks! This is all I did for last 20 mins until it popped.
