real easy, once you are a ghost and have to get to the fourth floor of the apartment building, walk up to any TV in the apartment building, get close to the screen and when prompted, press RT - this will make the TV go all funny, like it's possessed by a poltergeist.
Note, you can only do this after you have met and defeated a demon.
