I would suggest: MARCEL KITTEL. So pick team Giant-Shimano.

You can do this in the short version of TOUR DE FRANCE MODE, but you will have to add some races to it. Of course you will have to add all FLAT races, the green races. Green is flat race.
Important is that you win these races because you get double points for finishing a flat race. ( I guess if you get 2nd place sometimes, it is no big deal, just do some math, and keep an eye out that you can get enough points to get at least over 600 points.
You can see I got in etappe 19 62 points, so not first place.

But for example, after race/etappe 17, I had 590 points, so the last two races (etappe 19 and 21) I wouldn't have to win to get over 600 points.
But when I did them, it was too easy to win them and why not, I like the game. If you are in the Peloton and you go to the finish and you play with Kittel, always good chance of winning the final sprint.

So here are the 14 races/ Etappes I did:

Etappe: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21.

Etappe 1 = 65 points
Etappe 3 = 65 points
Etappe 4 = 65 points
Etappe 5 = 40 points
Etappe 6 = 65 points
Etappe 7 = 65 points
Etappe 8 = 20 points
Etappe 11 = 50 points
Etappe 12 = 50 points
Etappe 13 = 20 points
Etappe 15 = 65 points
Etappe 17 = 20 points
Etappe 19 = 62 points
Etappe 21 = 65 points

So in total I managed to get 717 points

Also one important note, don't delete the races that are already in the short version of TDF mode ( Tour de France mode), if you do, it will give you the message are you sure? So don't do it, just add extra races to it, that's okay.

In the races you cannot skip the race, as you are able to do in other races to get the more easy achievements. There you can skip races, but for these achievements you cannot skip, but you are able to use a lot of auto mode, pressing B (red button) so you get in auto mode.
You have to watch every time for escaping riders, as soon as a rider tries to escape you just change to higher gear and get the PELOTON (all the other riders) drive faster and the escapees have no change.
REMEMBER YOU DON'T DO THIS WITH M. Kittel / YOU DON'T USE M. Kittel, but with another team member/rider. YOU only PLAY with M. Kittel every time just before the checkpoints/sprint intermediates, then you change to M. Kittel to get first place at the sprint intermediate and then change back to one of the other team members. The team members are servants, you have to ride in front of the PELOTON every time with one of your servants, so if one servant gets tired, use another rider/servant. And if you get close to of the sprint intermediates (so 3km or 2 km before a sprint intermediate), then you use M.Kittel to get first place.

So this is what you do every race.

Remember that there are some mountain races included that you have to do, these mountain races you obviously don't have to win, but try in these races to win the sprint intermediate, because those are the only green points you can earn in such a etappe. Then you can rest your rider and let the peleton go.
And after the sprint intermediate you can if you want skip the race. Only in the mountain race, the finish is not important at a mountain race.

The yellow jersey is not important here. I got 717 points for the green jersey, but I thought I was like 30 min / over 1 h behind the yellow jersey. (I checked,I was 40 minutes behind)

Also always create save points!!! The game even helps you remind every time 10km, 5km, and 3km, it always reminds you to save.

I always create a save point at the start of a race, and use the other free save slots while in game. If you really mess up, you can always try again at the begin.
So I retried many times at the end of the race, I created a save slot, like 5km or 3km before the finish.
Sometime you win really easy, it just depends on the moment you start sprinting. So if it not works, you retry, and do again. Sometimes it goes in one go, but I had some moments where I maybe restarted it 15 to 20 times. But that was because my rider was too tired, and I knew okay, this save point is hard, but I knew that in one moment you get the win. So for example, you just finish second, retry, next time you just finish 3rd, next again second, you just have to keep on trying, over and over again, until that time, you make just the right sprint and you nail first place.

It is like in real, but here you have save point and can try the last few km again, and again :)
