Achievement Guide for Healing Hero

***Massive update***

You only need to perfect the QTE section AFTER the med-pack bit. That makes this achievement a whole lot easier. I wish I knew it before I pulled my hair out, smashed my contraller, kicked the cat and beat a prostitute to death with a baseball bat.

(I didn't really )

Thanks to iMaginaryy & locolukah for the update. I've left the whole of the guide intact for the perfectionists out there.

Judging by the TA ratio, it seems that I've had more trouble than most completing this one. I found it quite frustrating and, in the end, had to write down the whole QTE sequence and then still take about 10 shots to do it. So, I thought I'd share the sequence with you, in case you're having the same amount of difficulty I did.

First off, I believe that the event covers the whole of mission: Chapter 4 - Saint Mihiel. and you cannot make a single mistake. One miss and it's back the the beginning.

It's split into three separate parts -

1) Run down the hill, enter the farm and pull the injured dude out of the rubble, and...

QTE sequence 1:

A ,A, A, X. A, A, A, X. You can take a breather here if you like. I tended to pause the game after every string, just to try to memorise the next one. So, when you're ready...

AX, AX, AX, BY, BY, BY. You're holding both buttons down here i.e. A and X together, rather than pressing them one after another. Look out for this all through the sequence. Breather :)

A, B , Y, X, A, B.

Part one done and dusted. Your patient is dumped in a car and you head off to the hospital.

QTE sequence 2:

A, A, A, B, Y. A, A, A, B, Y. AX.

B, AX, B, AX, B, AX.

Y, Y, Y, Y, Y, Y (Y x 6), B, B, B, B, B, B (B x 6). AX.

Phew! Sequence 2 done. You now have to find a med pack. It's not difficult and although the game tries to panic you with images of your patient getting nearer and nearer to death, I've never failed to make it back to his bedside before it's too late. However, should you need to do the mission multiple times, the quickest way I found was to head out of the room immediately to the right. Cross a short grassy area and you're back in the hospital. Take the first door and then head all the way back to the left. You'll see a downward set of stairs. Go down to the cellar and get the med pack from the wonky cupboard. Head back the same way. It should take you less that a minute.

Now it's time for...

QTE sequence 3:

A, B, X, A. That's a happy little bit. Nice big Shenmue style QTE buttons on the screen. Easy. It gets worse. Back to the heart monitor style-ee.

A, X, X, Y. A, X, X, Y. A, X, X, Y. A, X, X, YB. (Sneaky YB in there, just as you're getting into a rhythm.

A, A, A, A, A, A (A x 6). X, X, X, X, X, X (X times 6). A, A, A, A, A, A (A x 6 again).

Nearly there!

A, X, X, Y, B, B. A, X, X, Y, B, B. A, X, X, Y, B, B. A, X, X, Y, B, B. The tempo changes after the first two here, so watch out for that.

Finally!

A, A, A, A, A, A (A x 6). X, X, X. AX. It's a sedate end, but don't take it easy. I messed up the last line a few times. Very annoying.

So that's it. You may not have trouble doing it, and in fact, you may not need to do the whole level error free. Maybe just the last part. Please let me know if you know, so I can update or delete this solution. If nothing else, this has been cathartic for me.

Cheers and good luck!
