  Just as with the last DLC, there are 3 achievements tied to each map, on which you need to play every core game mode:
  
  Attrition
  Capture The Flag
  Hardpoint Domination
  Last Titan Standing
  Pilot Hunter
  
  You do not need to win the match on each map, losing still counts towards the achievement. While every once and awhile the dlc maps will pop up in core playlists, it is much easier to play the Frontier's Edge Variety Pack playlist to unlock this achievement.

  Me too, iv completed the game again with 5 achievements unlocked at 100% but my final achievement popped a Lil while ago once I played my final mode on dig site? Strange why that one poped and the others didnt

  Has anyone figured out any way to make this unglitched? Progress bar says I've done, and I know I have, but it still hasn't popped.

  Same here, August 16th I completed this and progress bar shows 100% completed but it did not pop for me.

  Something I realized while boosting Pilot Hunter wins; for the sake of the Achievement, the game won't 'count' you playing a match on a particular map if you don't FINISH the match. So if you're boosting wins of any game mode and just quitting out to save time, the game will NOT count your progress if you don't actually FINISH a match on each map on each game mode.
  
  This means that to get the Achievement you either have to win on each map and game type or lose and see the epilogue sequence on each map and game type, it's not enough to just start up a match on each map and quit out. Going by the stats screen, I had three matches "played" on a certain map, having quit out every time while boosting Pilot Hunter wins, and the Achievement didn't unlock until I WON a match on the map since that was the first time I had FINISHED a match on that map.
