This is unlocked during the MUT tutorial. Load up Madden Ultimate Team and choose your uniform and starting team chemistry. If you are new to MUT you should choose short pass chemistry as it helps out your offense quite a bit and gives you a boost to catching in traffic if you plan to continue playing this mode. Once you pick your chemistry and open your bonus pack your team will be created and the achievement will unlock.
