I earned this achievement by completing all challenges in Saw Mill with an A ranking. Since the people in levels sometimes change hunger locations, there is no perfect way to detail getting this achievement.

To help me, I used this guide by Uliudo on Gamefaqs. It tells you what the requirements are for each level to get an A ranking.
