Firstly you need to go into settings and choose :
Pro Difficulty
Period Length 1 min
Human Skill set all sliders to 100
CPU skill set all sliders to 10

Secondly choose Quick Game

and Thirdly choose your team.
I chose detroit as I think they have the best dfensive pairing in Lidstrom and Schnieder. It then took me 2 games before I managed to score with a defenseman so just replay the game until you score and the achievement pops.
