If the achievement does not unlock and you have under 45 minutes, try replaying The Arrival stage.

Here are my times as a sampler:

Prologue: 5M 25S (I've ran through it on normal in 2M 24S)
Eight Pages: 4M 52S (For Speed Runner I achievement)
Into the Abyss: 4M 57S (For Speed Runner II achievement)
Homestead: 7M 31S
Escape: 2M 22S
The Arrival: 7M 10S

Game Completed: 32M 17S

Flashback, Memories and Genesis are not required for this achievement.

As you can see, there is quite a lot of leeway. It should be a lot easier than it sounds.



1. Grab the Flashlight
2. Grab the Keys
3. Use the Keys
4. Run to the exit

Charlie isn't part of the level requirements and neither are turning on the generators for lights. There should be no major opposition in this level so just book it. (occasionally Slenderman is around but don't look at him and you'll be okay).

Eight Pages:

Probably the hardest level to do well on based on how random it can be. Fortunately/Unfortunately, there is an achievement for beating it under 5 mins so you're semi-forced to have a nice time on it. For those that struggle with that achievement, you don't really need to be under 5 mins to get this achievement.

that link has the map that I used to figure out where I was going for that level. Its not perfect but its a start.

just know on their map to the actual game 5,6 are eyesight range together, 7,8,9 are eyesight range together, 1,2 are close together and 3,4 are close together. There is a bit of travel time
between each of the other combinations like 6 to 7 for example. Get used to the map layout now as it'll benefit you tremendously on hardcore where the level is nearly unplayable.

Into the Abyss:

As long as you skip the collectibles and actively go for every generator, this level should not be difficult to get a good time in. As long as you move fast, you should only run into the proxy 1-2 times which is nothing. Slender shouldn't be a problem since all you have to do is keep moving forward and stare at a wall to avoid him.


This level feels long but really all of it can be run through.

1. Lift in the barn
2. Celler (the ghosts won't harm you) - you only need 1 gas canister
3. Use gas, get chapel key
4. Chapel - collect a few toys, run out the side door, up the stage, then out the door after the proxy busts in
5. 2nd floor drop, run out the front door and head towards car/exit. keep moving for speed run and proxy shouldn't even be a problem.


Close windows and doors, leave Kate's door open to save time for the ending. Pretty much a interactive cutscene.

The Arrival:

Very similar to the prologue. All of it can be ran through. On Easy, the fire shouldn't be a big problem if you touch it and Slender is nearly harmless in this level.
As long as you complete each level without leaving the game idle or finding collectibles, you should get a good time.
