This is done on level 3 and can be done on any difficulty (I did it on easy).

In the 2nd stage of this mission you are asked to escort some transports and cargo ships. To get this achievement you must ensure that *NONE* of the transports and cargo ships are destroyed in this stage, or the final (third) stage of the mission. In the third stage there is a destroyer that appears, and taking it out early helps alot in meeting the requirements.
