This is for getting all cats and ships to max level.
This one is pretty grindy, and I'd recommend doing this achievement last.
I'd recommend grinding the first level. It doesn't give you nearly as much coins as the others, but it seems to give more fish. Fish is better to have because you can trade 50 fish for 400,000 coins in the in-game store.
Just find a good squad of cats and a good ship and level them up first to make the process easier. I used the pirate ship, three starter cats, the white repair cat, and one of the lazer cats.
Unfortunately, this did not unlock for me the first time, if this happens to you, there is a reset progress button in the in-game settings. To avoid having it not pop, I went ahead and fed all my cats to full happiness (probably not required), then I upgraded all cats except for one, and all ships except for one. Then in one session, I upgraded the last cat, and the last ship and it finally unlocked. I would recommend doing it this way just to be safe, but I could have also just gotten very unlucky.
