There's no easy or fast way to do this. Every character has five missions each, and there are 16 characters in total. To preserve your sanity, you might want to structure it so that you're not doing the same missions repeatedly. The characters are grouped as follows:

Domon, Milliardo, Puru
Loran, Emma, Puru Two
Heero, Master Asia, Jerid
Judau, Roux, Scirocco
Amuro, Char
Kamille, Haman

So for example, if you did all the characters from the first column, followed by all the characters from the second column, this could make it more bearable than doing the entire group at once.
