How to unlock the Ultimate Collection achievement

    This is a series of sidequests located in the first district of the game
    - Collect Some Comics
    - Collect More Comics
    - Collect Even More Comics!
    All of these missions entail going around getting comics as he marks them on your map, and then bringing them back to the comic shop.
    I believe you must complete a few story missions for these to become available, but they are in the first district of the game (leftmost 'island').
