as with a similar solution, this needs a straight guide for just Charon's Logs, to save flipping throug all the videos for just one or two for people mopping up collectables in new game + or whatever

Somewhat buggy

I collected them all during my first playthrough and didn't realize the achievement didn't pop. In fact, I was following carefully a guide to get everythinh out of the way for my next playthrough, just checking the general counter on the bottom of the map.
Now I'm good to start a new game again, hoping it will solve the issue. That will be my 4th playthrough (sic) ! I'm fed up of this game.
My advice : DO A LOT OF BACK UP SAVES

........ ETA on that? Seem to have missed just a couple and not wasting my limited bandwidth on video guides. I'll find a text guide elsewhere online I guess -_-
