This is the hardest achievement in the game. But don't worry, its not too difficult.

You have to reach level 40 and complete it. Each level gets progressively harder. The number of enemies starts to increase and the game starts firing lots of more difficult enemies for you to stop.

Incase you didn't know you can make the voice commands shorter. Here is each command and the fastest way to say it.

Building Turrets
Build (Laser, shock, or rocket) turret (Alpha, beta, gamma, or delta).

Destroying Turrets
Destroy turret (Alpha, beta, gamma, or delta).

Moving Vox
Vox Move (Alpha, beta, gamma, or delta).

Firing Nuke
Fire nuke (Alpha, beta, gamma, or delta).

Gravity Bomb
Gravity bomb (Alpha, beta, gamma, or delta).

Deploying Mines
Vox deploy mines

Vox Blast
Vox blast

Note: Make sure you clearly say the word vox blast without mumbling because the game will think you are saying "Xbox". It has happened to me like 30 times now. It opens up the Xbox quick navigation crap and the game keeps continuing without you being able to control your ship or say any voice commands. Can quickly cause you to lose.

For the first 10 waves you don't have to really worry about anything. You can actually make it through the first 10 without even building any turrets.

Waves 11- 20 is also fairly simple. I suggest you have 2 laser turrets and 2 rocket turrets. Place rocket turrets on the sides. Wave 15 is a boss wave. Simply fire 2 nukes and use vox blast to finish him. Now wave 16 is when the number of enemies on each wave really starts to increase. Best tactic here is to quickly try to destroy all the big enemies. Ignore the the small ones. When the whole screen gets filled with them, use shockwave to instantly kill all of them.

Waves 21-30. Here's where things start to get tough. Luckily I found a great strategy. When the wave is near over and there are less than 10 enemies, destroy all your turrets and move vox away from the enemies. Now that all your turrets are destroyed and the enemies are not dead, destroy all but 1 enemy. Earth's shields will now recharge to full in about a minute and the enemy attacking can't stop them from going up. When its fully charged, build your turrets back up and kill the enemy. You can do this on every wave so that you start the next wave with full shields.

Wave 29 is the boss fight. There will be 2 bosses. Try to move vox in position to quickly fire vox blast before he dies. Then fire nuke in between the bosses to take both of their damage down at the same time. When vox comes back use his vox blast again on one of the bosses. They should be just about dead now. May take 3-4 nukes total.

Waves 31-40. Just 10 more waves now. These waves will contain a ton of enemies each so be prepared. Use the same tactics as waves 21-30 but also use gravity bomb. You want to fire gravity bomb at the groups of big enemies. Especially the ships that fire more enemies at you. This will really help take out the big enemies quickly. Don't fire more than 2 gravity bombs a wave. Don't forget to use shockwave if Earth gets surrounded by enemeis.

Wave 40 is the boss fight. It is the hardest wave because it has 3 bosses. If you don't act quickly,Earth can get destroyed in seconds. Use vox blast on one of the bosses when the wave starts. Then try to quickly destroy 2 of the bosses with your nukes. Firing them in between to damage both at same time. Once there's only one boss left you may have to wait for nukes to recharge. But don't worry. With only one boss ship left it will take him awhile to destroy Earth so you have plenty of time to wait for nukes to recharge. Also don't forget you have vox blast too. It does about the same amount of damage as a nuke if you fire it directly on them.

Getting to wave 40 shouldn't be a problem for anybody if you follow these tips. As long as your voice commands work when they should. Game can end in a matter of seconds if you need to use a shockwave and the Kinect doesn't let you. Keep your sensor 3-5 feet away from you. It doesnt work real well at all up close. You may want to try and tune the Kinect too. Go to the settings on the home to do that.

Good luck!

For anyone wondering how many waves there are in the game, there are 65. I have reached wave 65 and it is a joke! Its a huge enormous boss which covers up half the screen. It is impossible to defeat!!! I fired over 15 nukes at it and it only took down 1/10 of its health!!! When it fired its laser at Earth it took the health down 80% in just a couple of seconds. There is absolutely no way to beat this wave!!!!!
