Easy way to grind getting arrested- First of all, get arrested on the street once. Easiest way to do this is to punch a cop on the street, then enter a vehicle near him. He will pull you out and arrest you. You will now be infront of the police precinct. Now that you are here, enter the building. It will be filled with police all the time. Once inside, simply punch a police officer and stand still. He will either arrest you right away or beat you with a night stick until you have a pint of health left. You will get arrest EVERYTIME! Once arrested, it'll spawn you infront of the precinct. Turn around and go inside. Simply repeat this 50 times and the achievement will pop. It's recommened to do this early because when you get arrested, all your weapons will be gone. Any questions, please comment.
ALSO! As EpicHonor said in the comments, try to do this BEFORE you do all 12 levels of Paramedic/Ambulance missions. This will give you more health and will take much longer getting this!
